It is personal training in a group class dedicated to making you look and feel better inside and out. We pride ourselves on training people of ALL fitness levels of any age in a positive community atmosphere that will challenge you at your current fitness level. We make sure you perform each exercise in a proper and safe manner in a motivating community environment. We also focus on a positive mindset and proper nutrition.
Our fitness boot camp is a combination of strength and cardio class in a circuit style that focuses on moving your body in many of the ways it was designed to. All of our movements will be explored at your level. The reason our clients love it! Movements are shown various levels for the beginner, intermediate and advanced, allowing everyone to participate in the same routine. You will have fun moving and experience multiple training modalities: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, TRX Suspension, body weight, training ropes and much more.
This type of training also has a large carryover that improves everyday activities of daily living. Enabling you to explore what you like and what changes your body most will surely get you results.
