Our fitness boot camp is a combination of strength and cardio class in a circuit style that focuses on moving your body in many of the ways it was designed to.

Get in stronger, lose weight and have fun in our fitness boot camps with like-minded people in a positive community environment.  Each fitness boot camp class varies, but we incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, cardiovascular exercises, interval training, band resistance, circuit training, body weight resistance training, and strength building while using multiple muscle groups to help your body maximize caloric expenditure.  We have fitness boot camp classes that cater to all fitness levels at any age.

Why do you recommend group fitness boot camp classes?

You work out with other motivated like-minded people who are inspiring to achieve their fitness goals.  Also, you get the personal attention of a fitness trainer in every class at a third of the cost!  Most personal training would cost you $40-$75/session.  Inspirational Life Boot Camp training will cost you a quarter of one-on-one personal training and you will get faster and better results, have more fun and meet like minded people all at the same time!

How long is class?

Each fitness boot camp class is about 40 minutes including the warm up.

How much does the program cost?

Inspirational Life boot camps are a monthly membership program.  Boot campers are required to commit to either a 6 or 12 month billing agreement at a membership level that best caters to their schedule and budget.

How does nutrition factor into the program?

Our goal is not to overwhelm, but rather to ease you into adopting healthier lifestyle habits for long-term success.  Weight loss progress is about 85% nutrition.  Our clients see the optimal results when they combine our metabolic workouts along with the proper calorie deficit.

What are you hours?

Our gym does not operate like your basic run of the mill gym or health club. We are open for our fitness boot camps, group training and semi-private training.

Do you have childcare?

No, when our members are here they are here to put themselves first and work hard. We want our members to put themselves first for the short time in the day they are with us.
