Peanut Butter Banana Cups


  • 100 g Ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 Tbl (16g) Peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbl Cocoa powder


Combine mashed banana and peanut butter.  Add vanilla and cocoa powder and mix well.  Scoop evenly into a mini muffin pan and freeze.  Remove from freezer a few minutes before ready to eat.

  1. These peanut butter banana cups were delicious!!! Although I don’t know how you get five servings out of it. I got three. Nevertheless it’s still a healthy dessert and I will definitely make these yummy treats again.
