Southwest Vegetable & Farro

I saw this frozen Southwest Style Vegetable & Farro while purchasing all of the riced cauliflower in the store.   What I did was only use 1/2 of the bag of the vegetable & farro to cut down on how many calories I eat for this meal (you could cut the bag down to 1/3 or 1/4).
