Zucchini Pasta with the Veggetti


  • 2 Zucchini
  • 4 Plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 Small onion, chopped
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 oz 99% Fat free ground turkey, cooked



Hold the Veggetti over a bowl and twist the zucchini while pushing forward.  Make sure to separate the zucchini into edible lengths (I didn’t do this the first time I used it haha!).  Saute the onions and garlic until cooked.  Add the tomatoes and seasoning and sauté a few minutes.  Add the zucchini and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes.  Top with ground turkey (or chicken) and enjoy!
