Ingredients
- 35 grams old-fashion oats
- 2 egg whites
- 2 grams sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 20 grams (approximately 1/2 scoop) protein powder
- 8 grams raisins
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- 1-2 packets of stevia or splenda
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto hot skillet. Flip and serve topped with fruit of choice.
Or you can roll the pancake like a crepe and fill with fruit of choice.
