Directions
Peel the skin from sweet potatoes if desired and thinly slice them as chips. Generously sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt and cinnamon. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Evenly spread the potatoes over the baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. Enjoy!
