Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • Seal salt (if desired)
  • Cinnamon (if desired)
  • Nutmeg (if desired)



Poke the squash all over with a fork. Place in microwave for 5 – 7 minutes depending on the size of the squash.  Cut squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds with a large spoon.  Place squash skin side down on baking sheet.  Sprinkle with seasonings of choice.  I prefer just sea salt.  You could also season it with cinnamon or nutmeg.  If you prefer spicy, you can sprinkle with crushed red pepper or cayenne pepper.  Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-35 minutes, depending on size.  Use a fork to scrape out the inside down to the shell.  Enjoy!
