Peanut Butter Quinoa Oat Bites

IngredientsPB Quinoa Oat Bites

  • 128 grams (about 8 Tbl) Peanut butter
  • 42 grams (about 2 Tbl) Honey
  • 14 grams Coconut oil, melted
  • 40 grams Oatmeal
  • 50 grams Quinoa flakes/puffs
  • 28 grams Unsweetened coconut flakes


Mix peanut butter, honey and coconut oil and heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir until cool. Add in oats, quinoa, and coconut flakes. Shape into balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!
