Ingredients
- 128 grams (about 8 Tbl) Peanut butter
- 42 grams (about 2 Tbl) Honey
- 14 grams Coconut oil, melted
- 40 grams Oatmeal
- 50 grams Quinoa flakes/puffs
- 28 grams Unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
Mix peanut butter, honey and coconut oil and heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir until cool. Add in oats, quinoa, and coconut flakes. Shape into balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!
