Moist Italian Chicken


  • 2-3  lbs. Chicken breasts
  • 1 Jar leftover pickle juice
  • 2-3 Tbl. Italian herb blend seasoning

Place the chicken in a glass dish.  Evenly sprinkle herbs over the chicken and then pour in the pickle juice.  Cover dish and marinate overnight.  Cook according to your preference (Foreman grill, outside grill, bake or non stick pan).
