What inspired you to begin your lifestyle transformation?

Exercise had always been my stress reliever and anti-depressant. I exercised for 30 years, but it was primarily for endorphin release and mood regulation. Physical fitness was the secondary benefit.

I had not exercised for 2 years before learning about Inspirational Life. I was overweight, out of shape, short of breath walking up stairs, and extremely depressed. I was too depressed and out of shape to even consider returning to a “gym.” My friend had discovered Inspirational Life and raved how physically and emotionally great she felt. I decided I needed to try it. I was hooked to boot camp, and the Inspirational family immediately.

How did Inspirational Life help you achieve your goal and how have the results affected your life?

Brian and Cathie offer so much of themselves to help you achieve your goals. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, up-beat, and always encouraging you to challenge yourself a little more. Their focus is on proper body mechanics so that you achieve the full benefit of the exercise you are doing, while ensuring your safety. They take into account any physical limitations you have, modify your exercise, and demonstrate stretches that can be done at home to strengthen your area of weakness. Brian and Cathie talk about accountability to yourself, and that really helps me to stay on track. Brian sends out daily inspirational e-mails that make quite an impact. They make me: stop, think, and act.

The Inspirational family is warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to get there at the end of my work day.

I fell energized, empowered, and physically and mentally strong again. I can cope better and my depression has improved dramatically.
