Ground Turkey Mash Up

IngredientsGround Turkey and Cottage Cheese

  • 4 oz Ground turkey 99% fat free (cooked)
  • 60 grams Red kidney beans (sliced in half)
  • Mushrooms, chopped and sautéed
  • 113 grams Friendship 1% cottage cheese




Saute 99% fat free ground turkey in pan.  Season with sea salt, garlic powder, minced onion and cumin .  Place ground turkey in bowl, add mushrooms, kidney beans and cottage cheese.  Mix all ingredients together and warm in microwave until meal is warm and the cottage cheese melts a little bit.  Enjoy!

Note: If you do not like kidney beans, then substitute with a kind you do like.  And the same with the mushrooms, you can substitute with a vegetable of your choice.

  1. These look delicious, love the fact you made these with turkey. I think using turkey makes a little softer meatball, perfect for this time of year.
