Ingredients
- 120 grams oatmeal, grinded (like flour)
- 65 grams Muscleology whey chocolate protein powder
- 15 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 egg whites
- 3.9 oz unsweetened applesauce
- 3 oz banana, mashed
- 4 oz water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. LIGHTLY spray an 8×8 baking dish. Mix together in a medium bowl the grinded oatmeal, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Add egg whites, unsweetened applesauce, mashed banana and water and mix well. Pour into the very lightly sprayed baking dish. Bake for about 22 – 26 minutes. When cooled, cut into 16 pieces. Enjoy! (but remember, calories still count if weight loss is your goal so you can’t eat the entire batch!)
