Chicken Fajita Roll Ups

  • 3 1/2 oz cooked chicken (you can sprinkle with taco seasoning mix when cooking for extra flavor)
  • Onions, sliced
  • Green and red pepper, sliced
  • Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Salsa
  • Romaine lettuce leaves



Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in pan (or vegetables of your choice). Shred chicken and add onions, peppers and mushrooms in bowl along with salsa. Place a small amount on each romaine leaf and enjoy!
