Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz cooked chicken (you can sprinkle with taco seasoning mix when cooking for extra flavor)
- Onions, sliced
- Green and red pepper, sliced
- Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Salsa
- Romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in pan (or vegetables of your choice). Shred chicken and add onions, peppers and mushrooms in bowl along with salsa. Place a small amount on each romaine leaf and enjoy!
