- 2 Tablespoon salsa
- 25 grams Avocado (chopped)
- 7 grams 2% Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
- 100 grams Spaghetti squash (recipe to make can be found here http://inspirefitnessnj.com/spaghetti-squash/ )
Directions
Grill or bake chicken breast. Place cooked spaghetti squash on plate. Place chicken breast on spaghetti squash, add salsa, chopped avocado and cheese. Enjoy!
