What inspired you to begin your lifestyle transformation?

Carol’s enthusiasm for the Inspirational Life experience was the turning point for me. After Carol joined, she expressed how great Inspirational Life was and I should take advantage of the free trial. After one boot camp I was hooked. When I joined, Brian asked what my goal was and I explained that I was an avid skier and wanted to improve my skiing skills, strength and endurance. As I got into my sixties, I found that both my stamina and agility were not what they used to be. I want to be able to continue my active lifestyle and keep up with my four grandchildren. I knew the only way to do that was to make some changes to both my eating and exercise habits.

How did Inspirational Life help you achieve your goal and how have the results affected your life?

Fortunately for me I never really had an issue with my weight so my goals were more workout oriented at first. However through Brian’s daily reminders about nutrition, I have become more knowledgeable about what I should and should not eat. The Saturday TRX class, Cathie’s “encouragement “during our boot camp, and the spin and yoga classes have all contributed as well. I never would have believed it, but the yoga classes have been especially beneficial for my flexibility and balance.

I have a much higher level of fitness, more stamina, stronger, weight loss, no back pain, and more flexibility
