What inspired you to begin your lifestyle transformation?

I’ve been a member of Inspirational Life since the day the doors opened. There were periods of time, sometimes days, weeks or even months that I missed classes, but for he most part, this has been my workout, my stress relief and my “me time” for the past four years. Back in 2012, I decided to further my education and entered the medical field. With that, came one of my longest lapses in my exercise routine….and along with that came weight gain and an injury. Getting back into my workouts wasn’t as easy as it had been in the past as I had a cervical/shoulder injury that I had to take into consideration. Brian and Cathie were aware of my injury and were always there guiding me and giving me modifications so that I could still be successful in my workouts.

How did Inspirational Life help you achieve your goal and how have the results affected your life?

They helped me to strengthen areas which would help to support the injured area. I still have goals I would like to reach, but thanks to the support, encouragement and guidance of Inspire, I’ve come along way and feel so much better both physically and mentally. Along with my daily visits to Inspire, I appreciate the constant nutrition reminders. It’s not easy to turn away from unhealthy food choices, but with the reminders, there is always that little voice in the back of my head asking, “Is that really a good choice?” And we all know that LIFE is about making good choices:). I truly believe that in order to be successful in fitness, you have to enjoy your workouts. If you don’t, it’s just another job. I can honestly say that I LOVE my Inspire workouts and I am so thankful to have met so many different people who have made an impact on my life. I am so happy that I decided to enter that little gym across from 7-11 four years ago as it has absolutely made a difference in my life!
