Bell Pepper Nachos


  • 4 oz. Cooked 99% fat free ground turkey (seasoned with chili powder, cumin, sea salt and black pepper when cooked)
  • 3 Tablespoon salsa
  • 1/4 Cup sliced red kidney beans
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1/4 Cup 2% Cheddar cheese


Combine the cooked ground turkey, salsa, and sliced kidney beans  in small bowl.  Cut the bell pepper into 4 quarters removing the seeds and membrane.  Evenly fill each pepper boat with the ground turkey mixture.  Sprinkle the 2% cheese over each.  Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.  Enjoy!
