Add lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, cumin and salt. Cook another minute. Allow veggies to cool for a few minutes. Add chick pea/egg mixture and rolled oats. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes so the oats absorb the liquid.
Form into 8 patties and grill on medium high for about 4 minutes per side.
