In large skillet , heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp and season with salt and chili powder. Cook, tossing occasionally, until shrimp are cooked through, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool.
Roughly chop shrimp into pieces and place in medium size bowl. Add tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix until well combined and enjoy!
