Directions:
Place mushrooms in food processor and process until minced. Combine minced mushrooms, ground turkey, minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients and form into 4 patties.
Lightly spray skillet and cook each patty about 4 minutes per side on medium-high heat. (you can also grill if you prefer)
While the burgers are in the skillet, in small bowl mix together chopped cucumber, greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Set aside.
When the burger are done, cut each patty into slices. Place a slice patty on a lettuce leave. Top with tomato, onion and cucumber yogurt sauce. Enjoy!
