Directions:
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Place shrimp in bowl or large zip lock bag. Pour about 1/3 of the marinade over shrimp and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
While the shrimp is marinating, cook rice according to the directions.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Place shrimp in the skillet (discard used marinade). Cook shrimp about 1 minute and then flip shrimp over and cook for another minute. Remove shrimp from the skillet and add broccoli. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add remaining marinade and shrimp. Cook for an additional minute until shrimp is cooked.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
