In a medium bowl, add 2 ounces egg whites, 1/4 scoop protein powder and cinnamon and sea salt to taste. Mix well and dip each slice of bread (both sides of bread) in the mixture. Lightly spray a skillet with canola spray and warm over medium heat. Add bread to heated skillet.
While bread is cooking, mix the greek yogurt and PB2 in a small bowl and set aside. After bread is cooked on both sides, remove to plate. Lightly spray the skillet again and add remaining 2 ounces of egg whites. Fold the eggs to fit on the bread.
Spread the yogurt and PB2 mixture on each slide of bread. Then spread the jelly on each slide of bread. Add the egg whites and put the bread together to make a sandwich. Enjoy!
