Ingredients
- 1 package (20 oz) 99% Fat free ground turkey
- 1/3 cup black beans, cooked and coursely chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbl parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide evenly into four sections and form into patties. Cook on the grill, George Foreman or saute until no longer pink in the middle.
* You can use the 93% fat free ground turkey as it will make a bit moister burger. Just adjust the calories per serving.
