Ingredients
- 1 Kontos pocketless pita
- 85 grams Chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- Grilled onions, mushrooms or other vegetable of choice
- 2 teaspoons Weber’s Original BBQ sauce
- 1/2 oz Shredded low-fat monterey jack & cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over pita. Layer with chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
