I turned 40 last Summer, and that was a big eye opener for me. Then I had sinus surgery in November. And I come from a family with a history of heart disease. With all of that in mind, I knew it was time to make a change. I thought, I’m not getting any younger, and I have big plans to live a long, healthy life! I have to make a change because whatever I’m doing now isn’t working. That’s when I started to listen to Cathie and Brian about the importance of nutrition, and their famous quote, “You can’t out train a bad diet”. I started attending more classes at Inspire Fitness, and counting calories, and in 2 months I lost 15 pounds!
The positive energy in the Boot camp and TRX classes are what keeps me going! Every class is different, which keeps it interesting and fun, and there’s no chance of boredom or monotony that I experienced with other gyms. Not only are Cathie and Brian supportive, but so are the others who take the classes with me. I have met some great people who I look forward to working out with each day. My job requires travel and a demanding schedule, but Inspire Fitness offers classes at various times throughout the day, so fitting in workouts is never a problem.
