Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz chicken
- Taco seasoning mix
- Onions, sliced
- Green and red pepper, sliced
- Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- Romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in pan (or vegetables of your choice). Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken, saute and shred. Add chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms in bowl along with salsa. Place a small amount on each romaine leaf and enjoy!
