In bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, sriracha sauce and black pepper. Add steak strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat. Add steak strips and sear quickly, turning once for 1-2 minutes. Transfer steak to a plate and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, add red onion and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add beef broth, lemon juice, dijon mustard, thyme and remaining marinade. Cook swirling up the browned steak bits and cook for about 5 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by about half and slightly thickened.
Add the steak back to the skillet and reheat quickly. Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetable of choice!
