Cut up the cauliflower into florets. Lightly spray a large skillet with olive oil and heat to medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower florets, saute about 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute an additional minute. Then turn heat to low.
Add the soy sauce and green onion. Stir and allow to cook for 1 minute. Add the sriracha and stir until mixed.
